We help you find the right builder by guiding you through the competitive bidding process, assisting with proposal evaluation, and ensuring you make a confident, informed choice. We have relationships with reputable contractors throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Construction Administration

We remain involved throughout construction by visiting the site at key intervals, reviewing submittals, answering contractor questions, and ensuring every detail is executed as intended. Having your architect engaged during construction distinguishes a good project from a great one.
